Knowledge Audit and Portal Design for Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited (KA) (P.I.: Prof. W.B. Lee and Dr. Benny C.F. Cheung)

A knowledge audit was conducted for the Engineering Department of KA in 2002. The purpose of the audit was to identify various expertise owned by the staff in managing the supply chain of the spare part logistics. Hence, a taxonomy of the knowledge assets is being built which will be used in the design of the knowledge portal for KA.
