An Investigation of Effectiveness and Performance of Centre of Excellence (COE) System in Johnson Electric (JE) (P.I.: Dr. Benny C.F. Cheung and Prof. W.B. Lee)

In this project, a knowledge management audit is conducted for analyzing the effectiveness and performance of Centre of Excellence (COE) System. Hence, knowledge management strategies are recommended for effectively managing the COE system. From the knowledge audit, the Company can better understand the current status of utilization of the COE system for knowledge management. Areas of improvement of COE system can also be identified and addressed. Hence, best practices for managing knowledge through the COE system can be established.
