Collaboration Knowledge Audit Services for GBG Knowledge Management Pilots in CLP Power (P.I.: Prof. W.B. Lee and Dr. Benny Cheung)

The investigators are undertaking a consultancy project for the Generation Business Group (GBG) of the CLP Power Hong Kong Limited to carry out structured knowledge audits on two GBG KM plots in Castle Peak Power Station and Black Point Power Station, respectively. The deliverables of the project include the audit findings and audit reports with recommendations on appropriate KM strategies and improvement actions.
