KM Training and Guidance to the Health Department Child Assessment Services (CAS) (ongoing project)

The KM Group has been selected by CAS to deliver several training workshops that cover, among others, basic KM concepts, KM culture, KM processes, portals and taxonomy to a selective group of audience in CAS. It is understood that CAS will launch a Portal in late June 2005 and the KM Group’s contributions to the project also include the identification of portal features to support KM processes, the assessment of CAS’s existing taxonomy and portal content management, the definition of metrics for gauging user adoption of the CAS Portal, and ongoing guidance on extending CAS’s KM journey beyond the deployment of the portal.
