Taxi
Taxis
are numerous and readily available. Red taxis serve Hong Kong Island
and Kowloon; green ones in the New Territories and blue taxis on
Lantau Island. Pay (in Hong Kong dollars only), the fare shown on
the meter, plus additional charge where applicable. There are surcharges
for luggage and rides through tunnels.

Ferry
The
Star Ferry runs regularly between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
It must be one of the cheapest and most scenic ferry rides in
the
world. The classic experience of Hong Kong is always a harbour
tour on the Ferry.
